I recently stayed at the newly renovated Best Western Schaumburg, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail truly made my stay enjoyable. I'm the type of person that will write a review no matter if the experience is positive or negative because I truly believe that customer service is number one in my book no matter what industry because without the customers there will be no employment for others with that being said R.P. when above and beyond the typical normal expectations that a customer may seek from a business. Not only was his customer service authentic and not fake sounding but also it's the small things that RP was doing to make sure that I felt safe such as constantly watching the cameras to make sure there isn't any strange activity going on outside or within the building. He wasn't only front desk he was almost like security and definitely the type of person you would want to assist you with any of your needs thanks RP let me know if you need security I got experience lol . My stay at the Best Western Schaumburg O’Hare NE was pleasant. The staff was welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The location is convenient, especially for those needing access to the airport. Breakfast options were decent and added value to the stay. Overall, a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

Don't waste your money here. Upon arrival they asked for our ID then tapped on the pad to sign and handed us our keys. no greeting and not a single word from him besides that. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. We went to breakfast at 8, we'll before it closed. At breakfast the juice machine was either broken or out of everything, no water available, milk was gone. Toaster was broken. The waffle maker was on but no batter. In fact when I opened the batter dispenser (to see if maybe it was jammed or clogged and no employees were around to ask) it was clear that there never was any batter in the first place. it was empty. The only hot food was sausage links. there were biscuits but out of gravy. There was a spill in the elevator half cleaned with wads of paper towel that was still there when we checked out. The coffee maker in the room had the wrong size filter holder so you couldn't even make coffee. Very disappointed.

Terrible hotel. Room had water damage. Were asked what we did to cause it. We went to dinner and upon returning, my daughter's backpack was wet from being on the floor. Her work papers were damaged and her iPad case was wet. Almost an hour later, we asked to change rooms since they realized it was an existing and ongoing problem. They finally placed us in another room that had hair in the bed, lipstick and handprints on the mirror, light fixture was hanging from the ceiling precariously, the shower was streaked with black run lines and the door was so out of square that you could see the hall lights through it. The ac had a damp and musty smell. This room also had water damage above the tv. Even the breakfast was not warm.

The staff is very welcoming at this hotel which is located about 20 minutes from the airport. The rooms have been renovated but still keep some of the old features - the bathtubs. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Woodfield Mall. The shuttle costs $20 and is best if you request it as soon as you land

We stayed one night after our flight was delayed 24 hours. I would not stay by choice at this hotel. The room was old and in need of repair. The room also had a musty smell and an air conditioner that struggled to cool the room. The free breakfast was very limited with limited healthy options.

Hotel was fairly clean. Appears to have been remodeled recently with newer bathroom appliances.
The only issue I had was the weed. Everytime we walked in from outside there was a strong smell of pot. Hallways and elevator stunk from the stuff.
Decent price and location.
