R & L Tire and Auto Repair is the best place in the area to go for service, tires, and batteries. I’ve been going to them exclusively since 2018. They are ASE certified. They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and stand behind their work. Some people that they can get it cheaper other places, but they are getting what they are paying for. I don’t know how much money they have saved me over the years but it has been considerable. Thanks R & L. You’re the best!

My power steering pump was out so I had them order me a new one and replace it. They didn’t do it right and had to take it back the next day for them to do it again and it still never worked correctly. Within 5k miles of driving it it gave out. I told him it was out and they would take care of it under their warranty, but the part wouldn’t be until the next day so I said I needed my car back until then and they wouldn’t give me the keys back to my car without trying to charge me $95 For doing absolutely nothing . What was told me over the phone wasn’t the same thing in person they have no idea what they’re doing and watch YouTube videos to learn how to do their job don’t go here terrible mechanics terrible businessman

The mechanic that changed my brakes stole my battery from my car and put in a battery that wasn't even made for my car! Now I'm out here replacing the battery. Of course he denied but all I have is the fact that when I received my car back was
1. The mechanic stated that he was leaving my car running because it was a hard start and that I would need a new battery.
2. My radio and cell connectivity was all off and I had to reestablish it.
3. That night my car was dead and required a jump every time it was cut off.
4. Today, I found out that the battery in the car doesn't belong to my car. The condition of the battery could not have gotten me from ATL and definitely not jump another vehicle.
Another mechanic said it was called basically bait and switch so I would buy back my own battery!!! May God bless your business!

RESPONSE: Sir, Please maintain the same energy you had before. If you were concerned about proving that there was no switch then showing me the"video" between the hours of 9am-12p (which you all should not have taken hrs to change brakes) would have been no problem. All I wanted was my original battery.. My battery was not bad and was NEVER an issue until I left my vehicle with you all. I am and will continue to voice my experience.

Paid over $1,200 to have my alliment done still shacks at 80 still. Brought truck in twice both times replacing new part. Same results. They left part off my truck. When I bring it up it was my fault. I would not recommend this shop. Another Shop in town fixed it 1 hour. They where more worried about collecting money then fixing the problem. Like I said find a different shop.

Terrible communication. Told me over the phone that it would be $45 at this location (mill st) to diagnose and never mentioned it would be $95 and arrived at the other location when we found out. This is a real comment and not a bot ?.
