I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Reiss, and I must say, the experience was made truly outstanding thanks to two of your incredible employees.

Bijan provided exemplary service throughout my visit. Their attention to detail, patience, and keen eye for style helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered insightful advice, making the shopping process seamless and enjoyable. What stood out most was their genuine enthusiasm for ensuring I left the store completely satisfied.

Alta was equally remarkable, offering support and assistance with a warm and professional demeanor. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, from helping with sizes to making recommendations based on my preferences. I just started shopping at Reiss a few months ago. It's a shame I have to write this review, as I do like the products they make, but the store manager at Reiss' Madison Avenue Flagship (Colleen) has unfortunately turned me away from shopping here for the rest of my life. I bought a defective item from the store (which I noticed after I got home). When I went back a few days after to return it (after buying a new pair online already from their website), Colleen refused to accept the return as she said the damage was caused by me, and its my responsibility to check defective items upon purchasing. I won’t be coming back here again.

I was at Reiss London today and totally blown away. I fell in love with their coats; it’s so rich and of high quality by mere looking at it and it’s definitely a return visit for me. The lady that attended to me was so helpful and comely. This store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently able.

This was a smaller store with less inventory (it seemed) than the Soho location but I was able to find the dress I tried on there here, since this was closer to my hotel.

Store was clean and staff were friendly!

I love Reiss and am always able to find some beautiful and timeless pieces to add to my wardrobe here.

Miserable customer service. Tried on 3 shirts of same style in store - all had a flaw somewhere. They brought out a 4th from stock which looked good on first inspection. At home, I put on for first time and noticed a hole just under the collar. I was livid, and made a trip into the city for a refund. I was astonished that the manager refused to refund b/c the “tag was cutoff”. Were they planning to try to sell this defective product to another unsuspecting customer? No excuse for treating customers this way. You need to fix your product quality and don’t make it the customers problem when you can’t.

I just LOVE this store and their sales agents. They gracious, respectful, and they are very nice people. They help me get the pieces that fit me well and flatter my figure and style. I purchased the dress I wore for my brother's wedding there and I received more compliments than the bride!!!
