Treated me very good. Got a decent SUV and gave me a decent price and a 1 month full warranty.
2 month recap. Was a very pleasant transaction and the SUV is delivering all that was promised. Actually feel like I got a good deal at a local car lot.
As per my experience... allows me to recommended these guys to buy a great used vehicle and maybe get it at a great price too.

BUYERS BEWARE! They shouldn’t still be in business. They sold me a vehicle back in March that they didn’t have the title to and after 4 months they still hadn’t submitted the title to the DMV. Even after I set them up to get a duplicate title from the dealership they bought the car from, my title still hasn’t been issued. Stopped answering phone calls and never replied to their web chat or instagram but still posting new cars. I filed a complaint with the DMV in August and still nothing because they “lost” the duplicate title. Despicable business practices.

I purchased a jeep from these guy's back in April of this year and I'm still waiting to receive my car title. Good car but they need to get there head outta there you know what. Have gone in person, e mail and phone calls and keep giving me the run a round

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when there is bad service. I hate leaving poor reviews because it is usually a one off experience. However, this place is terrible. I found a reasonably priced car for my dad who lives out of state. After working with David who was very professional, the deal was made and I was given a temp tag, and told I would get the title later. That title came in 2 and a half months later! We called multiple times and were given the runaround and that is was Manheim Auctions fault (where they purchased the car from). The car sat for 2 months because we could not register it since there was no title. Cars R Us took no responsibility for the issue and now will not pay our late registration fees due to them not sending the title on time. Even if it was Manheim's fault, they should have worked with them to handle this issue and not made it my problem. MILITARY REGISTERING OUT OF STATE, stay away!

Before I start, I got a 06 Sebring at drive time, same day attempted to drive to Los Angeles and about 100 miles out, engine DIED.. and they supposedly have great used cars. Obviously one lemon made it onto the lot. Now at cars r us, I got a strong running 07 Xterra here, carfax was cool, got this right at Kelly blue book value & everything about how warranty works was all explained during the cash sale. Ashley didn’t TRY to bargain with me as I did not lowball offer. Quick and easy deal, Corey is the man, they let me bring my own mechanic and test drive over 20 minutes. Plugged in a code scanner and found no sketchy surprises. This definitely beats buying used on Craigslist as at least you got some sort of warranty. Bring a mechanic and u can blame them if there’s a hidden surprise that even the dealer cannot detect. Happy with the service and vehicle!

Great prices, good cars, Stephanie is very good helping you with the financing, etc. The Sales Rep, however, was a nice guy but he was constantly texting and was not involved too much in the sale. If you asked a question he would respond but did not build rapport with me as a customer. The cell phone was more important.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They're going to be shut down soon. I've already filed a formal complaint with Nevada State Attorney General and DMV compliance department. I still do not have a title from a vehicle purchased a year ago in June. They take your money and do not transfer ownership of the vehicle. You will never get the title. Ashlee Davis, is a lying you know what, don't walk away, run away! I would give negative stars if I could. What kind of trash people would steal your money like this during Covid? Ashlee is complete garbage.
