This place is awesome! My apartment is beautiful and the amenities are superb!!! Front desk and leasing agents are very kind and attend to your needs quickly with a great attitude. To top it off all the residents I have met so far are very nice.

Touring Double R was amazing. This property is so well kept and maintained. Upon my arrival I was greeted by one of your employees Shelby. She was kind and professional, she was very knowledgeable about all of your amenities and expressed what a great atmosphere your property had to offer. After touring the apartment and the complex I was highly motivated to make this extraordinary property my home. I just wanted to thank Shelby for the experience and creating such a welcoming environment! ?

We love our new home! Patricia and Shelby both helped us get set up into our apartment. I love the layout. We got the 3 bedroom one and it's very spacious.

I love how Shelby plans fun events for us to enjoy. Patricia always replies to emails so quickly too.

I'm glad to call Double R my home!

I am coming up on 6 months of living here. I enjoy the amenities and the quickness of repair orders being completed. Anytime I have needed something I call and Shelby has put in a work order and got it taken care of. While I recognize this is a team effort, Shelby has been amazing and so thorough! Happy to help in anyway and has made my move in very welcoming. Raquel also has been awesome! Ali herself responds to my emails and questions, seems to be very responsive and helpful! I recommend making this your new home to anyone interested or checking it out!

Coming to Double R is always a pleasure. The pool is absolutely so refreshing and the views are spectacular! Shelby hosts some of the greatest events I've ever seen. She even has some of my favorite food trucks come here. It's truly an amazing place to be! (:

My friends live here at Double R and this place is so beautiful. The staff and amenities are a plus to how these look on the Inside. Shelby hosts some great events that I’ve been so lucky to be apart of. Thank you for all your hard work Shelby! Can’t wait to come to more of them.

What a wonderful place and great staff! My husband and I rented out the club house to have our baby shower. Patricia was the one who helped us from Start to finish. She was so kind and even helped us set everything up. I highly recommend this amazing community.
