We had our original consult on a safari trip to Africa with Alyssa and were deciding between two companies. We chose Enchanting Travels and were incredibly happy with our decision. We were transferred to George Ochieng and he was excellent in communication and planning.

When we got to the country, everything was set up for us from transfers to safari guide, company, and airfare. Our trip included three in country flights and several different transfers. Everything was very easy and well planned and they just told us what time to show up and where and we got taken there.

As a thank you from them, they surprised us with champagne and a private dinner on our second to last night, a $250 value that we did not expect but it was magical.

I would highly recommend traveling with Enchanted Travels. We plan to travel with them in future destinations.

Tanisha and Bowen are 10 out of 10!!!
We just spent our honeymoon traveling all around Italy and staying at the most beautiful hotels. We did Rome, Florence, Chianti, Positano, and Naples! AN ABSOLUTE DREAM HONEYMOON!! We were truly treated like royals and I cannot recommend Enchanting Travels enough. My friends and family will be using them after seeing our pictures and hearing us rave about this experience. We had the best, most reliable drivers who all spoke English and arrived early. The tours and excursions were all 5 stars and perfect. I truly cannot express how grateful we are for Enchanting Travels, Bowen, and Tanisha on making our dreams come true within our budget. Having Tanisha just a text or email away the entire trip calmed my nerves and let us just relax. Not one thing went wrong and we only have Enchanting travels to thank. Such a professional and reliable company we cannot wait for our next trip.

My experience with Enchanting Travels has been terrible. We bought a Canadian train event to Jasper and now they want us to go somewhere else adding a day and 7 hours of bus riding.
We have told them we don’t want another different trip and they are making it difficult to get a refund. You need to be warned and afraid to do business with them. I am now having to get a lawyer involved.

Have been working with a terrific team of people to schedule a trip to Africa. Have used Anna, the Travel Consultant (extraordinaire), and she has been terrific. The bookings, my questions, their help with air travel, and the communications have been 10 out of 10. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Went on the most phenomenal girl’s trip of my life with my girlfriends. We set up private tours in Luang Prabang, Chiang Mai and Khao Sok. Every step of the way was perfect. If we needed anyone Enchanting Travels responded immediately. We went on private boat rides on the Mekong that our guide even surprised us with wine and appies. We went privately to an elephant sanctuary and spent the day feeding and bathing the elephants. We also rode our bikes through rice paddies. Every step of the way was amazing. Our first two resorts were beyond 5 star. Our last resort a few hours into the National Park was dreamy. It was heaven on earth. This resort 500 Rai’s room’s were a bit small and rustic, but you are there for the amazing view, staff and food. All the staff were beautiful inside and out. We don’t know what we loved best. Our whole experience with Enchanting Travels is 5 Star. They set it up how you want. We mainly worked with Naman who was beyond professional and nice. I/we will use again, probably with my husband because he got jealous.

I want to be clear that I did not book with this travel agency. The reason for my review is to inform other shoppers, as that is the purpose of reviews.
Enchanting Travels quoted me almost 10 THOUSAND dollars more for the exact same trip I booked with another travel agency. I cannot for the life of me figure out where their added cost comes from. The person I spoke with was pleasant, but recommended we shorten our trip to stay within budget. Luckily I did a ton of research before reaching out to any travel agency, I had a cost in mind already. I declined and booked the EXACT SAME trip with another agency for 10k less.
Make sure to shop before you settle. This company price gauges an insane amount of money.

Enchanting Travels put together a magical two-week African safari to Kenya and Tanzania for the four of us. From our first rep, Corin, to our trip consultant, Ruth, they customized our safari around our hopes and desires. All our accommodations were top notch that offered something so unique to our overall experience.
