My Insurance secured me accommodations here due to my heating furnace breaking down. The temperature was below freezing, but the silver lining in my unfortunate story was this AMAZING AWESOME hotel right in my neighborhood surroundings!! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious & very well managed!! Staff was friendly & professional. They offered free hot breakfast every morning...Location was convenient to everything!! I really didn't want to leave even after my situation was resolved. THANK YOU FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES!! 2THUMBS UP IN MY BOOK!!!?

NEVER AGAIN!
Our family of three stayed in a king suite room at this hotel from Jan 5 to 7th, 2025 with freezing outside temps.
Both heaters in the sleeping and living rooms were barely working, they were blowing more cold air from the outside than heated warm air.
Thus, we called the front desk, and they sent a so-called ‘engineer’ who had no clue. He stated that we need to set the desired room temp level two degrees above the actual room temp level, which was not working, pure nonsense, and total BS.
The next time we called the front desk, the receptionist came and stated that he wanted to reset the heaters remotely which did not work and help either.
Staying in a freezing hotel unit should be the least concern if we pay good money for the room in a winter season.
Outrageous, we are never going to stay at this hotel ever again!

Very nice hotel to stay close to the New York John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Spaces and rooms are very clean with white bed sheets. There are safes in the room. A little bit small rooms, but clean and equiped.

Also the surrounding is quiet, traffic can get busy around, but easy to get to the airport.

I normally stay in NJ because of the price, but needed to be on the other side of Manhattan. This hotel was all around the best for its price, location, staff, and stay. Our carpet was damp when we entered but realized they had just shampooed it, which made it smell great. The room was super clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It's set in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of free parking in the area if you don't want to pay valet. It's next to the highway, but still very quiet at night. Slept so well. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I don't know why we got charged more than we supposed to pay. But the place is really quiet and we could order Uber eats. There is breakfast in the morning and you can enjoy the juice, bagels, waffles, coffee and so on!

This hotel is located in Queens, about 45 minutes from Manhattan by car. The room was very comfortable.||They have breakfast Buffet, but need to improve, and the service as a whole was excellent. They have good WiFi signal. ||I recommend this place. |

This place is a dump. They do not have a bar. They do not have any glasses for drinks, only plastic cups. The rooms are tiny. The area it’s in is kinda nasty. The bathrooms are alright at least. It’s workable if you just need to go to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here for a good time.

Good location, you just pay $40 for parking. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. There isn’t a lot of room but for a short stay it’s worth it.
