Gutes Hotel,für einen legeren Aufenthalt in Orlando. Alle Mitarbeiterter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerausstattung ist nicht mehr die Neuste , jedoch war alles sauber und funktionierte gut . Die Klimeanlage funktionierte sehr gut . Das Frühstüch war ausreichend für einen guten Start falls man in die Parks gehen will. Wir haben uns im Hotel wohlgefühlt |

Beim Buchungsportal hatte das Hotel eine sehr gute Bewertung. Die Bilder im Internet machen den Eindruck, das Hotel sei sehr modern. Der Preis war ziemlich niedrig. Also haben wir für drei Nächte gebucht. Wir haben dann aber noch am selben Tag ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt. Die Zudecke war eine Wolldecke, die Matratze weich, Bad und Küche abgenutzt. In der Küche gab es außerdem keine Pfannen, Töpfe etc. Das Sofa war total durchgesessen. Unterm Fenster rauschte laut die Klimaanlage. Wir hatten eine Verbindungstür im Zimmer und die Nachbarn gehört. Einzig positiv: Großer, beheizter Pool. ||Wir haben uns absolut nicht wohl gefühlt und sind geflüchtet, auch wenn wir die erste Nacht zahlen mussten.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The standout feature was the staff members who genuinely cared about the customers, including those at the bar, restaurants, front desk, and housekeeping team. Everyone was wonderful!

First, they acknowledged my platinum membership, explained the benefits, and upgraded my room. I chose the continental breakfast, which was excellent. The restaurant staff member, Hanna (I'm not sure if the spelling is correct), was exceptionally welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The housekeeping team even created towel swans, accompanied by a card and chocolates.

The hotel was clean and quiet. While I did notice some ants on the wall (being on the first floor in Florida), the staff were very proactive in addressing the issue. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. When we arrived we get a warm and friendly welcome from Kristin, the front desk manager. Immediately it feld as coming home. The staff is very friendly and the house keeping lady Ester is above and beyond. Location is on walking distance from shops, restaurants and the orlando Orange county Exhibition Centre.||In the restaurant/ bar is special Kristien is the best. Not only very friendly, like every most other staff members are, but she remembers your preferences and together with Kristin and Esther makes our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had. From the moment we checked in, we was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.

I want to give a special shout-out to Millie and Yancko at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was the staff that made all the difference. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Super nice Marriott Property. Great Management and the house cleaners were impeccable in their cleaning of the room. I never had to ask that my room be clean. Food was delicious and the customer service is great. I walked to the convention center every day, I was in the F Building of the convention center and it was walking distance. Club right next door if you want entertainment. Perfect hotel to stay in if you want access to the convention center or if you’re just hanging out in Orlando.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The location is convenient as it is close to a lot of activities; Sea World, Disney World, Universal Studios, etc. Staff are super friendly and helpful making the hospitality 10/10, making an honorable mention to Patrick, the bar and restaurant manager. He provided us with a list of recommendations of things to do and places to visit during our stay. He was great, very informative and made sure we were all set. He truly shaped our trip for the better! Definitely will be coming back!
