Decent enough. Nothing crazy or lavish. The heat system was unfortunately noisy. Every time it cut on and off, it woke us up every. single. time. Some noisy neighbors but that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, so that was a bonus. Overall not bad and would give it another go.

Stayed for our weekend tournament, couldn’t have been more pleased! Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating! The hot breakfast was well stocked with a great variety of options and fresh! Our room could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom area upon arrival but housekeeping was great! I’d definitely stay again

Took a business trip to Wilmington and stayed here. I usually choose Hampton Inn as they are reasonably priced, clean and have a free hot breakfast. This one did not disappoint. The added bonus was a quaint little bar with reasonably priced beverages as well. Making another trip later this year and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Also, within walking distance is a Texas Roadhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings and a Japanese Steak House.

Same front desk person continues to be rude and in generally in a foul mood. After checking in I found my room had not been made up or cleaned. Went back down to get another room and the African American manager at the front desk only commented I could put my old key in the basket. No , sorry for your inconvenience, have a nice night, nothing. I'm done with this place. She is no doubt the rudest face of Hampton Inn I have ever met.
Followup. Yep i got the correct hotel, Ren is not the name that appears on my CC. I may have given her too much credit by calling her a mngr. But the above did happen at this hotel since my review came from a link this hotel sent and I'm competent enough to get the right hotel for a review.

Hotel definitely needs an update. Water damage on the ceiling in our bathroom. Several mystery splatters on bathroom walls. ?Woodwork very worn. Lots of stains on the carpet. HVAC system had a mind of its own.
Not in a desirable location.
Would not choose to stay here again.
