Both of my kids (6&3) have been going here since they were infants. Staff is kind and involved. Classrooms are clean and updated. And my children are well cared for.
I refuse to take my children anywhere else!

I came to this center looking for childcare for my little girl.

First impression. The parking lot was very crowded and the one spot that wasn’t taken was too small because the two other cars next to it were over the line, so I had to maneuver my way out of the parking lot, being careful to drive slowly around the other cars. As I walked in to the building, the lady at the front told me she thought I was rude for not smiling and waving in the parking lot (do you want me to drive safely or would you rather I run into your car while smiling and waving)it was a weird thing to tell someone.

The classrooms are indeed very crowded and they don’t even have a sink to rinse out baby bottles in, so if you don’t have multiple clean bottles every day they will pour the new milk into that same dirty bottle and blame you for it.

The communication could be a LOT better on their end, and it would be nice if they had a voicemail box set up for when nobody is around to take calls.

In my opinion, they’re understaffed with too many children and it’s obviously not a calm environment for little ones.

I’m so glad we found a better, cleaner place where my daughter will be prioritized and not left to cry for hours at a time.

Started taking my almost 2yr old here and she absolutely loves it. Her teacher, Laura, is so sweet. The manager has been super helpful with our first time. I love the security and socialization my daughter gets.

I started taking my precious baby there when she was 2 weeks old had to go back to work while she was a newborn they were amazing with her. However that all changed when she became active she was in bouncer all the time no real interaction with staff. Plus she was always hungry when i brought her home and took plenty of food. Pulled her out and found some where else she is now 2 1/2 and so advanced..would never recommend

I recently pulled my son from this center after he kept getting sick. They claim to have a person who cleans the facilities daily on staff, though, it never appears clean, or smells clean. They have too many kids crammed into such a small center... I am sure that's not helpful in the spread of germs. A few of the teachers are very nice, but I have heard a couple of the teachers screaming at children, when I was picking up my son. I don't think children listen when they are being screamed at. Maybe the teachers are not best suited working with children if they can not be patient and kind. My son one time came home crying saying that he was yelled at all day and put in time out for hours. I know kids exaggerate,he but this my baby. When I tried to talk to the teacher the next day, she blew me off, and seemed uninterested in what I had to say. I should have gone to the director, but instead I took my son down the road, where he is now happy, treated well and in a cleaner enviroment!!!

This is a sad place. I can tell the problem is with the ownership, it feels like they just don't care. The workers seem spread thin, not very well trained (especially with extreme behavioral problem kids, which they have a LOT of). I felt bad always pointing out how the ratios were so terrible (they throw 30-50 mixed age kids on the playground for long periods with only a few staff= fist fights, crying, sweating, lonely kids) & how dirty the place is- because those were situations the staff seemed helpless about. Positive Behavior Corrections don't exist there- it's a lot of kids kicking, screaming, cussing, hitting- and stressed out staff doing what they can without the proper tools, support, or leadership. Sometimes the staff flipped out on the kids & said things I didn't appreciate. In an effort to include some positives, most of the staff try to be friendly to parents, and are bilingual. But bottom line is; I would recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could give it less I would. I took my son here when he was 2 months old so I could go back to work but it is filthy and the teachers do not know that they are doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. This place needs to be shut down. The "director" when I was there came from a vending machine company... how that relates to running a daycare doesn't make sense. My son got RSV and pnuemonia and when I picked him up to take him to the emergency room he was wrapped tightly in a blanket getting too hot and having trouble breathing. The teachers yell at the children and do not take good care of them at all.
