Damage customers goods and sneak the damage by on delivery. Call to make a claim and your told " there is nothing we can do"
R and L has Zero integrity, to damage a customers goods and then hide it and deliver. Worst customer service ever! XPO is a better option at this point.

WOW!!! What incredible service!!! A very large free-standing bath-tub was delivered to our house by two-(2) very kind and caring gentleman. Though it was a little after 6 pm, it was pitch black out and we live in a remote area with narrow streets and no street lighting. I’m very impressed by the outstanding service these fellas provided us!

I had a scheduled appt for a pallet delivery today - the driver William Brady did a great job at keeping the lines of communication open on his ETA, accommodating a last minute location change for the delivery and assisted me in getting the pallet off loaded in a location that worked best for me rather than what would have been easier for him. If you need to contract a shipping company I would suggest reaching out to R&L if their driver and office team are any indication of their professionalism. Thanks again, R&L

Only if we can give a zero rating we will for customer service. My husband called as the tiles scheduled to arrive between 11am to 3pm never showed up all day. We asked our realtor who we felt bad for, as he waited for two hours and no R+L showed up. Jennifer who is so rude telling customers to quit calling her? Then a driver called us outside the delivery time stating he will be 15 minutes out and lie? As there were no delivery received from this guys. They think their time is valuable than others. We are so mad at the customer service I can't even type this review calmly.

Follow up: I did reply to their request for more information and they called me. Trevor listened to my complaint and just explained he just took on the job. He sounded honest that he wants to turn things around. I will gave them one more star (was 1 star) based on this phone call. I am expecting more deliveries and we will see how they handle them.

One of the worst experiences. Second time now given an appt and they didn't have me even listed for the delivery. Made me wait hours 8+ first time and this time now 5 going on 6. Business not open. And they knew it.
I have to make a point to sit there in an empty building. Lied to me both times. Don't keep appointments.

Trevor at R & L is amazing. Simple put there was a mistake with my shipment and Trevor went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes happen but to know that Trevor cared, was customer-oriented and made sure we were not only satisfied. He went out of his way to make sure we were made whole quickly. He provided amazing customer service. Corky, his supervisor, was also very helpful and helped problem solve to get our shipment back on track. I can not thank Trevor and Corky enough! They both listened to me and saved me lots of time and money. They both have great customer service and I would for sure trust a shipment in their hands!

I haven't purchased something to be shipped via truck-freight in over 20 years, and that experience 20 years ago with Yellow Freight was not a good one. So I was nervous this time around to say the least. I bought a car roll-cage online, then received a text message from RL Carriers telling me to call them and make an appointment to drop the roll-cage off at my house. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Just received the roll-cage today at my house, ON TIME. The truck driver was super polite and helpful. Great overall experience with RL Carriers.

Absolutely the WORST service possible. If I could a zero that would not be low enough. The receptionist is RUDE and will lie then hang up on you. The company doesn't know the left hand from the right. Don't waste your time with this company. They are not on time nor can they even deliver on the same day as promised. You'd be better off with a horse and wagon.
