Wohnung war mit Kakerlaken im Bad und Küche, vorallem in der küche (Alles mit Bildern und Videos belegbar).
Vom Haus wurden die Tierchen nicht entfernt. Im Preis wurde nichts entgegen gekommen, es wurde nur ein frühstück angeboten. Putzfrau hat rassistische Äußerungen gegenüber Gästen getätigt dass die Bewohner vor uns Ausländer waren und dass von denen die Kakerlaken kommen.
Unfassbar! NIE WIEDER und AUFKEINENFALL WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Apartment Johann:
During our 5-day stay, we were completely dissatisfied with your service. The behavior of your staff, especially Ms. Eveline (Evi), who was introduced as the local contact person, was very rude and unprofessional, which shocked us. This behavior made us reluctant to communicate with her anymore. On the first day, she spoke English, but afterward, she started speaking German, which we couldn't understand. I am surprised why you do not hire staff who are proficient in English and can interact with customers professionally. On the second day, we saw a cockroach in the living room and got rid of it. We asked Evi to bring some cleaning supplies to clean the floor, but she didn't believe us and, with a rude tone, said that it's impossible for there to be cockroaches here and claimed that the cockroaches had entered the hotel through us. This behavior made us very upset. One day before the end of our stay, she saw us and said that we had to pay the tourist tax. When I asked her for an explanation, she responded impatiently, again speaking in German. I asked her why we couldn’t find the Gaeste card, and she sighed heavily with much impatience and said, "It’s not my problem." At the same time, my little son was playing, and we were on the balcony. She shouted at my son twice to be quiet, and I got very upset and told her, "You have no right to shout at my son. It's only 9:00 PM, not 10:00 PM." She said, "Okay, okay, you can make noise until 11:00 PM," without any apology. If you were in our place, what would you think about this hotel and its service? After these issues, I coincidentally read a review from another customer on Google who had exactly the same problems regarding the presence of cockroaches and the very rude behavior of the staff. This was and will be the last time we choose this hotel for our stay!!!
