December 4, 2024, I wanted to take the time to share to Windstar Lines a great comment for one of your employees, Russell Deutch, he did a outstanding job as a driver on my tour starting October 27 ending November 5th, 2024. From the moment he picked me with my group up at the LV airport on the first day to the drop of on the last day Russel has been an incredible driver to work with. Always very professional and very helpful, also on very difficult days. He never made a bad comment or complained about anything. Passengers loved his personality and professional conduct. He was a pleasure to work with.

Windstar hit my car in a school parking lot and broke the driver’s side mirror. They have it on video. I was told multiple times “ we’ll take care of you”. They didn’t. The driver had no idea he hit my car and others. Open the picture - you see the bus in the right hand side, right after it hit me.

If this is the kind of driver that you employ, we would think twice about using your services. Driver didn’t pay attention to the parking lines and literally boxed us in. Abominable!

Taking a lot of highschool students to Reno, from Las Vegas - not an easy task. Delonte, our driver was patient, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Windstar has been good to us, and Delonte has been a gem. Highly suggest Windstar, and request 'D'.

Rick did a super job. Everyday after our rides he was waiting for us with the bus and coolers full of ice and drinks. Couldn’t ask for a better tour guide and driver.
