I recently stayed at the Courtyard Chicago Naperville and found it to be a comfortable option. The lobby area was nicely renovated, giving it a modern feel. While the rest of the property and rooms could use some updating, they were clean and functional.

The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. While not my first choice for Naperville due to the limited hotel options, the Courtyard was a convenient and affordable choice. It would benefit from some exterior improvements to enhance its curb appeal.

Fantastic room, clean and had my down free pillows ready without asking. I forgot my suit in the closet and they mailed it out next day. Very close to all the big box stores and a 10 min drive from downtown Naperville. Don't book if you are looking for a view, or you know adjust your expectations because it is Naperville, it is midwestern nice though.

Great staff, clean rooms, Starbucks bistro in the lobby. Sadly water saving shower heads and occupancy detecting AC takes away the luxury, in the name of money saving. The location is excellent with a dozen local food options a short walk across the car park.

Room was standard. Not great, not horrible. Staff was very friendly. Location is great in terms of food and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was good, although it was not a Continental breakfast. French toast with strawberries was quite good.

I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area. Check in was probably the quickest I've ever experienced. I think it took less than 30 seconds. Rooms were pretty standard, and the fitness room was well stocked. They have a little bar/bistro/breakfast bar in the lobby which is pretty solid. The food was great and I had a good chat with the bartender, Ryan; he was a chill dude. 10/10 give this place a go.

Can’t thank Courtyard Chicago Naperville enough for their kindness in helping us out in a pinch. Their staff is so kind and empathetic. Our room is great, lots of space, clean and food/drink options on-site are terrific. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town. Thank you, Maria!

Staff is extremely rude. Especially night staff, they were snarky, very unhelpful and overall not nice people. We asked for a pillow and got an extremely rude answer telling us we are dumb. Would not recommend ever again. i’ve also seen they call the cops on many guests for hanging out anywhere. So don’t try to come here and be with your family.
